In 2018, Trenton Mast founded Riverland Farm & Ranch Equipment with a vision to bring quality, reliable equipment to hardworking farmers and ranchers across the Midwest. What started as a small operation is his yard in Connersville, has grown into a trusted name for panels, chutes, feeders, fencing supplies, and more.
Beyond his passion for agriculture and business, Trenton Mast is a devoted husband and proud father who deeply values faith, family, and hard work. When he and his family moved from Arkansas to Wisconsin in 2017, it wasn’t just about new business opportunities—it was about building a life rooted in strong values and close-knit community.
Chief Operations Manager
Meet Tyler Mast — one of the driving forces behind Riverland Farm & Ranch Equipment!
Tyler is a proud dad of four and a true cattleman at heart. With a herd of around 50 cows, he and his family spend most of their time doing what they love most — checking cattle and working together as a team. The cow bug has officially bitten the whole crew!
At Riverland, Tyler wears a lot of hats. From managing daily operations and inventory to overseeing welding, product design, and custom projects, he’s always working to keep things running smoothly. He also specializes in setting up and designing cattle handling facilities that make life easier (and safer) for producers.
With a background in feedlots, finishing steers, backgrounding lightweights, rotational grazing, and cow/calf operations — plus hands-on experience in post-frame building construction — Tyler brings a well-rounded, practical approach to everything we do. From the dirt up, he’s deeply involved in designing systems that work.
We’re proud to have Tyler on the Riverland team. If you’ve got a cattle project in mind, chances are he’s already thinking of how to build it better.
Sales & Equipment Specialist
Meet Luke Lieffring he is the Head of Sales here at Riverland Farm & Ranch Equipment!
Luke grew up in the cattle industry and brings years of experience to the table. From growing up in the business to building his own herd of around 50 cows, Luke’s passion for livestock runs deep. He’s actively involved in raising show cattle and has a growing focus on embryo work to continue improving his genetics and herd performance.
Whether you’re needing help with equipment, cattle handling solutions, or just want to talk cows—Luke’s your guy. His hands-on experience and knowledge of the industry makes him a perfect fit for our team, and we’re proud to have him leading the way in sales.
Marketing and Finance Specialist
Meet Ben Gawin our Marketing and Finance Specialist! If you’ve ever seen one of our ads, social posts, or just felt the down-to-earth spirit of Riverland Farm & Ranch Equipment… chances are, Ben had a hand in it.
Ben has been the creative force behind our marketing for a while now—but recently, he’s also stepped up in a big way by taking on a new leadership role in the financial seat here at Riverland. From strategy to spreadsheets, he’s bringing the same passion and purpose to keeping this place running strong behind the scenes.
When he’s not working on new ideas to get our message out, you’ll find him, Spending time with his horse, Bow fishing in the great outdoors and most importantly, growing in his walk with the Lord
