By accessing or purchasing from Riverland Farm and Ranch Equipment LLC (“Riverland,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services or make purchases from us.
Riverland sells livestock handling systems, fencing supplies, feed equipment, and other farm and ranch-related goods. Product descriptions are provided to the best of our ability and subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to change and availability is not guaranteed.
All orders must be paid in full before products are delivered or picked up unless prior arrangements are made. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, checks (with prior approval), and ACH transfers. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.
Delivery may be available for an additional fee. Customers are responsible for unloading equipment unless otherwise agreed upon. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Returns are accepted only at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee. Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.
Rental equipment is provided “as-is” and must be returned clean and undamaged. The customer is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period. A signed rental agreement and liability waiver are required.
Unless specified, Riverland makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the condition or performance of products sold. Manufacturer warranties may apply; customer must contact the manufacturer directly.
Riverland is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or loss of income.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products meet their specific needs and for safely using all equipment. Riverland is not responsible for improper use or installation.
We collect limited personal information to process orders and communicate with customers. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to complete a transaction.
All logos, branding, images, and text on Riverland’s website or materials are the intellectual property of Riverland Farm and Ranch Equipment LLC and may not be used without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Eau Claire County, WI.
We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
